Due to the current situation, the deadline to submit abstracts has been extended until Monday 11th of May 13:00 CEST. Please submit your abstract through ICOS webpages: www.icos-cp.eu/sc2020/abstract-submission

We welcome and encourage everyone to submit abstracts and are looking forward to a very exciting event, whether it will be in Utrecht or online!

AmeriFlux scientists will join Integrated Carbon Observation Systems for their 2020 Science Conference in Utrecht, Netherlands. The 4th ICOS Science Conference will be held in the Netherlands from September 15th to September 17, 2020 in Tivoli Vredenburg, Utrecht. The overarching theme of the conference is “Knowledge for shaping the future – understanding the Earth’s biogeochemical processes”.The Integrated Carbon Observation System, ICOS, is a European greenhouse gas research infrastructure. It produces standardized data on greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere, as well as on carbon fluxes between the atmosphere, ecosystems and oceans. This information is being used by scientists as well as by decision makers in predicting and mitigating climate change.

ICOS invites researchers and scientists from around the world to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentation at our fourth Science Conference in Utrecht, Netherlands. The abstract submission to the 4th ICOS Science Conference closes on 19th of April 2020 (UTC+2).
