    When submitting location changes, only minor changes to the location of a site that don't affect the footprint of the measurements are accepted normally. Significant changes to the location must be discussed with the regional network coordinator to decide if a new site should be created. If the footprint changes, you should register the changed location as a new site. Please report the start date at the precision known. Allowed reporting precision are YYYY, YYYYMMDD, and YYYYMMDDHHMM.
