The AmeriFlux Management Project has a new tracking system for e-mail sent to ameriflux-support@lbl.gov. The tracker monitors support requests and their resolutions. It also monitors Data QA/QC using the system.
To check status on your pending requests, click on the ‘View request’ link in our response e-mail (these will come from ameriflux-support@lbl.gov), or visit the AmeriFlux ServiceDesk. Your AmeriFlux website login provides access to the system.
